Shipping & Delivery Policy
Worldwide delivery with tracking. Delivery estimates, free shipping, international duties and what to do if a shipment goes wrong.
1. Shipping service
Blackline Autos product pages currently state that orders are shipped with UPS Express and include tracking. Available carriers and services may vary by destination, product size, weight and shipping requirements.
2. Free shipping
Free shipping is promoted on applicable orders over US $250. Whether a particular order qualifies depends on the product and the destination, and import duties and taxes are charged separately where they apply. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your order.
3. Delivery estimates
Current website information states estimated delivery of approximately 2–4 days for Europe and the USA and 3–7 days for the rest of the world for selected locations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, destination restrictions and product availability.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided through the order or shipping communication.
5. International orders
Customers outside the UAE may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges unless expressly included at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements.
6. Delivery problems
For lost, delayed or damaged shipments, contact Blackline Autos promptly with the order number and tracking information. For damaged deliveries, retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the package and product.
7. Address changes
Customers should verify their delivery address before completing payment. Once an order has been dispatched, the address may no longer be changeable, and a carrier may charge for redirecting a shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
